I'm going on the 10 day Caribbean cruise out of New Jersey.
Are there any things to do on this boat that I shouldn't miss?
How much do alcoholic beverages cost? (Mixed, Wine, Coors & Miller)
Any advice of things that you think I should know before going? This is my first time cruising.

ok i got off the ship today haha well the ice show is amazing all of there shows are great dont miss any in the palace theater they are great and please for me the entire time i called our cruise director mike norm so if u call him norm that would be hilarious cause he said i was the first one to ever call him norm the backstage tour is good but the best thing is the ice show second time on that ship and it is great u get great service and the food is excellent dont miss the parades because they are great too but u need sunblock it is sooooooo hot there and i think you should do the zipline in haiti it is soooo worth the money plus meagans bay is beautiful the belly flop contest is hilarious srry idk much about alcohol i wont until the next 7 yrs well have fun the ship is incredible u will have an amazing time that was my second cruise ever both times on that ship HAVE FUNN!

Well I was on the Voyager of the Seas a few years ago which is a very similar ship.
With ten days on the boat you can take a few to just go exploring.
Some of the little tournaments they have like the mini golf and basketball tournaments are fun and do not take up much time.
It just depends on what kinds of activities you like
There is so much stuff to do on the ship, i want to go back so bad :)

Who here is going on Explorer of The Seas April??? (Teens only)?
Hi, I'm 14 and I'm going on the Explorer of the Seas to the Caribbean in late April. I would like to know if there are any other teens going there. I know it's not vacation time so I won't really expect much teens near my age to be there. Also, What programs will there be for teens of my age? The Explorer Of The Seas that I'm going on is on April 24, 2010, departuring from New Jersey/New York City.

i'm fourteen too! i'm not going on that cruise but i promise you there will be plenty of other teens there! my friend missed half of a week of school to go on a cruise and there were tons of teenagers our age that she met and apparently they were all really cool. ahh i've always wanted to go on a cruise:) but about the programs, my friend went on this same cruise earlier this month and apparently there was this awesome dance room for the teenagers, but i think that just hanging out would be more fun that awkwardly dancing around...but thats just me. good luck:)

Justin, what you can do, is go into cruisecritic.com, click on Boards, go down to Roll Call, click on Royal Caribbean, and then on Explorer, and then on April 24th. Along the way they will ask you to register. When you get to your particular cruise, you will meet others going on it too. Most likely there will not be any teens who have registered, but you can ask the adults if any teenagers are traveling with them. It's worth a try. Good luck. If you haven't been on Explorer of the Seas before, it's a great ship, and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time.

April 5 2009 Cruise on Explorer of the seas?
Me, why? I will have a balcony stateroom and will be staying in room 7524 towards the left-front side of the ship (When you look at it from above) in deck 7.
Is anyone going on Royal Carrbiean April 5 2009 Explorer of the seas???

No but took a cruise on the Exployer of the Seas last September to Canada. I presume you will be going to Bermuda or a carribean cruise. If it is going out of Bayonne, expect crowding in the common areas the first couple of days. They didn't make any provisions to cover the pool area during cold weather. Their stage shows were average. Food was great in Portfino's Restaurant but you have to pay extra. This was my 5th cruise and I can say food in buffet and main dining area wasn't as good as previous cruises. I will say I will never take another Royal Carribean cruise again

On explorer of the seas dose the in line skate area include scates or do you need to bring your own?

If you would like to find reviews, information, or other people that are going on your cruise go to cruisecritic.com They have a thing called roll call and basically all members on that site (free) that will be doing that cruise sign up and talk and then meet up on the ship if they want to. It's kind of cool actually, because you get on the ship and you've got all these friends there that all have something in common.
